Trade the cold for the coast this winter. Ocean Escape offers monthly rentals from October through March* at three locations along the Grand Strand, oceanfront in Myrtle Beach, on the Boardwalk, and in the quieter north end of North Myrtle Beach. Each comes fully furnished with a kitchen, so settling in for a month (or the whole season) feels less like a hotel stay and more like home.

Daily housekeeping is not included with a monthly rental. In-stay services like housekeeping visits, towel exchanges, and restocked toiletries or paper products are not provided during your stay.
No, there is no additional minimum age requirement for Ocean Escape winter rentals. Our minimum check-in age is 21.

Yes, a $500 deposit is required to book your reservation. Deposits are refundable with 30 days' notice, less a $25 cancellation fee. Deposits become non-refundable within 30 days of arrival.
Yes, a $500 credit card pre-authorization is required 48 hours before check-in for monthly rentals. The hold, less any charges, is released at checkout. How quickly those funds become available again depends on your bank and account type, and can take 10 or more days.

As an Ocean Escape guest, you also have access to the water amenities at Captain's Quarters Resort, including the indoor pool, indoor lazy river, and indoor whirlpools, as well as Crown Reef Beach Resort and Waterpark, which features multiple pools/whirlpools, a seasonally enclosed indoor pool and a year-round waterpark.

Ocean Escape Boardwalk and Ocean Escape Condos both have elevators. Ocean Escape Condos North does not, so unit types there are labeled first floor or not to help you choose what works best for you.
Winters here are mild compared to much of the country. Average highs run from the upper 50s to upper 70s, with average highs in October around 77°F, November 70°F, December 61°F, January 57°F, February 61°F, and March 68°F. Myrtle Beach also averages 215 sunny days a year, so there's still plenty of time to enjoy the beach and Boardwalk.
