Ocean Escape Condos North is located in the Windy Hill neighborhood of North Myrtle Beach and features both 3 and 4-bedroom condos that can sleep from 12 to 16 guests.

Ocean Escape guests receive access to select Landmark Resort amenities as well as access to additional amenities at Crown Reef Beach Resort and Waterpark, Captain’s Quarters Resort and hotel BLUE, including indoor and outdoor pools, lazy river rides, and more.

Check-in for Ocean Escape Condos guests is available at the Landmark Resort front desk, located at 1501 S. Ocean Blvd., Myrtle Beach, SC 29577. Ocean Escape Condos guests will receive 1 parking pass if booked in a two bedroom and 2 parking passes if booked in a three bedroom, with parking available at the Ocean Escape building. Check-out time is 11:00 A.M. Check-in time is 4:00 P.M.

Special cancellation policy: Your deposit is fully-refundable up until 14 days prior to your arrival. Within 14 days of arrival, your first night’s deposit is non-refundable. There is a $20 fee should you need to change your dates within 14 days of arrival. There will not be any refunds for early departure. This is available for a limited time only. *Group reservations, monthly reservations and reservations booked through Online Travel Agencies or third party entities excluded.

 Family oriented hotel. Minimum check-in age is 21. Local Residents Policy: Ocean Escape does not accept reservations or permit occupancy by residents of Horry or Georgetown Counties of South Carolina from October 21, 2024 until March 13, 2025 and October 26, 2025 until December 31, 2025.

Discounts do not apply to packages. 

The credit card used for the deposit must be presented at check-in, with matching photo ID.

Reservations booked prior to 72 hours before arrival: The first nights room and tax as well as any additional services for the first night of your stay will be charged to your credit card to guarantee your reservation.  Remaining balance will be automatically charged 72 hours prior to arrival to the credit card on file; if we are unable to process the card on file for the balance due, the reservation will automatically be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited.

Reservations booked within 72 hours of arrival: Full payment including taxes, fees and any additional services is due at time of booking.

Ocean Escape is non-smoking. Daily maid service is not included. Security deposit of $250 is required. Charges will be applied to your $250 security deposit only if there are damages, missing items, excessive cleaning requirements, unpaid balances, if check-out procedures are not followed or checking out later than 11 a.m. Pre-Authorization, less any charges, released upon check out. Availability of funds may vary based upon your financial institution and account type and may take 10+ days.

Reservations are non-transferable. Pets are not allowed. A fine of $500 will be assessed if a pet is brought into a unit. Service animals are not considered pets when required to perform a specific duty for the owner, and must be registered at the front desk at check-in. Emotional support animals however are considered pets and are not allowed at any time. We reserve the right to require a minimum night stay in any unit any time of year. Rates are subject to change. Due to rare technical issues, all online rates and reservations are not final until approved by the resort. Tee times and courses reserved online are requests for and are pending course approval. Room rates are subject to a resort fee, and state and local taxes. Resort fee and taxes subject to change without notice. Pre-booked outside services such as, but not limited to, show tickets, attraction tickets and golf tee times are non-refundable. VIP Plan is not valid with Ocean Escape reservations.

Located at 800 Windy Hill Rd, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582. Check-in is contactless. Ocean Escape Condos North guests will receive a max of 2 parking passes per reservation. Check-out time is 10:00 A.M. Check-in time is 4:00 P.M.

Deposit Policy: 25% is due at the time of booking for bookings made outside of 14 days of arrival. Balance in full is due 14 days prior to arrival. Bookings made within 14 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking. 
 
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made prior to 30 days of arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 14 to 29 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. No refunds for cancellations within 14 days of arrival.

• The Accidental Damage Protection Plan is an optional fee that is $39.99.
• This plan provides coverage for up to $1,000 of accidental damage.
• This may include but is not limited to; furniture damage, scratches, scuffs or spills on carpet, bedspreads, broken lamp or scratches or scuffs to walls.
• This fee is non-refundable and is added to your balance.
• Any damage claim must be reported to the resort prior to check-out.
• The Accidental Damage Protection Plan does not cover intentional or malicious damage due to abuse or damage incurred while violating resort guidelines. For example, this may include but is not limited to smoking, pets, parties or other resort guidelines.
