Ocean Escape Condos North is located in the Windy Hill neighborhood of North Myrtle Beach and features both 3 and 4-bedroom condos that can sleep from 12 to 16 guests.

Ocean Escape Boardwalk Oceanfront is located on the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and near downtown Myrtle Beach, featuring 1 to 3-bedroom condos.

Ocean Escape guests receive access to select Landmark Resort amenities as well as access to additional amenities at Crown Reef Beach Resort and Waterpark, Captain’s Quarters Resort and hotel BLUE, including indoor and outdoor pools, lazy river rides, and more.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made prior to 30 days of arrival will receive a full refund. Within 30 days of arrival, the full amount of the reservation is non-refundable.

Cash is not accepted for payment. Minimum check-in age is 21. Discounts do not apply to packages. Reservations are non-transferable. Ocean Escape is non-smoking. Daily maid service is not available.

Security deposit of $250 is required. Charges will be applied to your $250 security deposit only if there are damages, missing items, excessive cleaning requirements, unpaid balances, if check-out procedures are not followed or checking out later than check-out time. Pre-Authorization, less any charges, released upon check out. Availability of funds may vary based upon your financial institution and account type and may take 10+ days.

Ocean Escape guests receive access to these select Landmark Resort amenities: seasonal H2OASIS, Havana Java Bar, Gazebo Restaurant, Latitudes Lounge, Landmark Resort front desk, golf and entertainment ticket department and guest laundry room; as well as all amenities at Crown Reef Beach Resort and Waterpark (except for fitness room), Captain’s Quarters (except for fitness room), and hotel BLUE. *Access is not included for Ocean Escape guests to Landmark Resort’s oceanfront pool deck, indoor pool complex, summer poolside activities, fitness room, poolside dining, sauna, Landmark’s parking garage and any other amenities not listed here.

Pets are not allowed. A fine of $500 will be assessed if a pet is brought into a unit. Service animals are not considered pets when required to perform a specific duty for the owner, and must be registered at the front desk at check-in. Emotional support animals however are considered pets and are not allowed at any time.

We reserve the right to require a minimum night stay in any unit any time of year. Rates are subject to change. Due to rare technical issues, all online rates and reservations are not final until approved by the resort. Room rates are subject to a resort fee, and state and local taxes. Resort fee and taxes subject to change without notice. Pre-booked outside services such as, but not limited to, show tickets, attraction tickets and golf tee times are non-refundable. VIP Plan is not valid with Ocean Escape reservations.

Check-in for Ocean Escape Condos guests is available at the Landmark Resort front desk, located at 1501 S. Ocean Blvd., Myrtle Beach, SC 29577. Ocean Escape Condos guests will receive 1 parking pass if booked in a two bedroom and 2 parking passes if booked in a three bedroom, with parking available at the Ocean Escape building. Check-out time is 11:00 A.M. Check-in time is 4:00 P.M.

Local Residents Policy: Ocean Escape Condos does not accept reservations or permit occupancy by residents of Horry or Georgetown Counties of South Carolina from October 26, 2025 through March 31, 2026 and from October 2, 2026 through March 31, 2027.

The credit card used for the deposit must be presented at check-in, with matching photo ID.

Check-in is contactless. Check-out time is 10:00 A.M. Check-in time is 4:00 P.M. Parking is available for a fee and is first-come, first-serve. There is no charge for parking from October 1 to February 28.

Local Residents Policy: Ocean Escape Boardwalk Oceanfront does not accept reservations or permit occupancy by residents of Horry or Georgetown Counties of South Carolina from October 26, 2025 through March 31, 2026 and from October 2, 2026 through March 31, 2027.

• The Accidental Damage Protection Plan is an optional fee that is $39.99.
• This plan provides coverage for up to $1,000 of accidental damage.
• This may include but is not limited to; furniture damage, scratches, scuffs or spills on carpet, bedspreads, broken lamp or scratches or scuffs to walls.
• This fee is non-refundable and is added to your balance.
• Any damage claim must be reported to the resort prior to check-out.
• The Accidental Damage Protection Plan does not cover intentional or malicious damage due to abuse or damage incurred while violating resort guidelines. For example, this may include but is not limited to smoking, pets, parties or other resort guidelines.
